Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has left our studio. However, clients are welcome to request a photo of their arrangement prior to delivery for peace of mind. For all pickup orders, we kindly ask that clients inspect their flowers upon collection, as we are unable to make adjustments once the arrangement has left the studio.

Our floral designer will thoughtfully recreate the arrangement to closely reflect the featured image using the freshest blooms available at the time of your order. Should substantial changes be necessary, we will always contact you for approval.

Candle Information & Care

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, all sales are final.

Candle Care Instructions
• Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn to ensure a clean and even flame
• Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the candle during the first burn to prevent tunnelling
• Do not burn it for more than 3–4 hours at a time
• Keep away from drafts, pets, and flammable materials
• Always place candle on a heat-safe, stable surface
• Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
