At Emerald Floristry, our floral arrangements are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in their best condition. While we strive to accommodate all requested delivery times, we are unable to guarantee exact timeframes. We will always do our best to fulfill your request and ensure your orders arrives as smoothly as possible.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has left our studio. However, clients are welcome to request a photo of their arrangement prior to delivery for peace of mind. For all pickup orders, we kindly ask that clients inspect their flowers upon collection, as we are unable to make adjustments once the arrangement has left the studio.
