Enjoy free delivery across NW Calgary on orders over $80. For Airdrie and other Calgary areas, delivery is available for a flat fee of $15.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has left our studio. However, clients are welcome to request a photo of their arrangement prior to delivery for peace of mind. For all pickup orders, we kindly ask that clients inspect their flowers upon collection, as we are unable to make adjustments once the arrangement has left the studio.

Photographs are intended as a guide to overall style and feel. As flowers are a seasonal and natural product, bloom varieties, stem counts, and exact colours may vary depending on market availability and nature’s timing, unless specifically noted in the product description. We source from the global fresh flower market, and as such, prices may fluctuate without prior notice.

Our floral designer will thoughtfully recreate the arrangement to closely reflect the featured image using the freshest blooms available at the time of your order. Should substantial changes be necessary, we will always contact you for approval.

Seasonal availability may also affect flower varieties, foliage, or containers. Any substitutions will be made with care, ensuring the overall aesthetic, value, and quality of your arrangement remain consistent.
